At that time, when we were planing to sell our home, the market had changed drastically and prices were all over the place. What I loved about my agents was that they came to our home, take a look at it, and then first explained the market in terms of the changes in the pricing strategies, days on market expectation, market condition and even the types of conditions that will be attached to the offers in the buyers market. Then they priced our home accordingly. As a result, even though the market was slow our home sold quickly, and for the price that we were looking for. Overall I was really happy with the service, and the result that I got from these agents and would work with them again.

In the selling side, they came over to meet me in my place and took pictures and in matter of days they gave me detailed reports as to what my property was worth based on the comparable properties. They made recommendations on few fixes and decluttering that they saw was helpful to get me the best price for my condo, which in fact were true. As for the cost of advertising, and photography, they had it all included and it was a big help for me since I was able to use that money for down payment of my loft. They listed and sold my property in a matter of 10 day in the the slowest time of the year for 90% full ask. As for buying my loft, I wanted only lofts in Mississauga in a specific building and since lofts are very hard to come by they personally called and send flyers to all the sold, expired and terminated loft listings going back a few years. Finally, in the matter of a month, they were able to find me my dream loft in Mississauga the building that I had asked for. It was a private off-market deal. Overall, I am really happy with their service and their help in selling my condo and buying me my awesome loft!

At first, we did had have some concern since we did had a 2 month timeline to sell our home, and looking at the listings in the area, we had seen the exact condo as ours in the other twin building was struggling to sell for almost 3 months. So they came to our home to sit with us, explained the market, and pricing strategies that we should do to sell our home in the time frame that would be best for us. Also they gave us staging ideas, and tips on doing some paint touch-ups, fixing minor flooring chips and other things that would help sell our home fast, and in the price that we wanted. In addition, they covered the cost of photography and marketing, and had our condo in the market in the set time that we had asked them and in 3 days they had the home sold firm for full ask. This made selling our home with them one the most smoothest and least stressful real estate transactions that I have ever done because I had such a reliable, expert and knowledgeable agents to work with.

We had never lived in the area and so having 2 kids, it was vey important for us to find a place in a safe area and also make sure my kids will have a good school to go to. Our agents, Shadan and Shervin, not only educated us about the areas, they also researched schools close to the area we were looking for and found us the perfect townhouse that was in a very safe area of the city, close to all amenities and the schools had very high ranking. They were also in our budget. I was really happy with their service; they answered my calls anytime of the day, they took their time to show us many homes, I never felt I was in rush to just pick a property, and only showed homes that were specifically in our price range with our desired criteria. I would definitely recommend and work with them again.
